Cancellation Policy

Please understand that my time is valuable, and in this industry, time is money. I will charge 50% of the service cost for appointments cancelled within 2 hours of the scheduled time. 100% of the service cost will be charged for no call - no shows. I understand that life can be unpredictable, and unforeseen events or emergencies may arise. If you ever find yourself unable to make your scheduled appointment, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me as soon as possible. In emergency cases, I’m happy to waive any cancellation fees.
